You definitely didn't discover the America, first of all and basic thing he needs is being actually able to do that cape, I know only one guy one this forum except me who can do it around the world. He's completely right with seeking for service, as in time he would waste on trying (Time+Costs of supplies used) I don't think he'd even fit in $4K (Yes, 4 grand) by gaining cape by himself (workhours, multiple attempts, tons of supplies used). Trying himself is probably the worst thing he could do, as he would also ruin account, basing on stats of account he wants to stay low combat if he's prepared for that big investment

I could do this cape, but would I? No. It takes far too much concentration and time. I've done 1 prayer accounts before, with tick eating, but not with just 50 range.
