So I am willing to help people get defenders for free just to help pass time.

So if you still want Its has easy has making sure you have good recovery questions (no i will not change or delete them) and a bank pin for all i need is good armor and good weapon and good food monks+

So heres what i recommend

Full Guthans also known has NO FOOD REQUIRED!!!

Top<--Torags plate(its cheaper)>D chain>granite body>Rune plate

Legs<--Torags legs(other barrows)>D legs>Rune legs

Helm<--Any Barrows >Helm of neitiznot

Boots<--Dragon>Rune

Ring<-- Ring of wealth(couldn't hurt)

Gloves<---barrows or other RFD

Neck wear<-- Fury> glory

Now to the weapons
Any of these will do (best from top to bottom)
Any gs(please dont barrow because it may be a waste)

Whip or SS (If using whip.....Dfs, spirit, crystal, other shield)

Dragon weapon (scimmy, Long, Mace)<---Include a shield from above

2nd weapon for spec (Battle axe, dd++)
