alt armoour if maging-your mage gear (strong wouldnt recomend spending much on mage armour only if your 70+ mage!)

purple sweets (wouldnt recommend only incase of emergency^lol^)

why you asking for attack, strength and magic levels? You only need Defence prayer hp and range stats.

 

can you read "MAGE AND ATTACK ARE NOT REQUIRED JUST A BONUS"

str is same as that just hits higher when speccing! READ BEFORE POST!

 

Um, unless your using a melee weapon, your strength has no effect on what you spec...and attack also has no bearing on your ranged damage.
