Help needed with Nightbot & Twitch Alerts

Hey guys

I'm a OSRS streamer on Twitch and need help from someone who's familiar with Nightbot and Twitch Alerts. Currently, my Twitch Alerts are not displaying donations as they are being made. It displays follower alerts but nothing else. I'm unsure if this is TA itself or that it's merely not set up properly on OBS. Secondly, I need help setting up a song request alert on Nightbot. And lastly, I need the robotic text-to-speech bot set up to read donation messages as they are being made.
