Please give me a price for the following (it's about 6hrs to complete all tasks, most of which is spent WC/FMing).

You'll start off with a bond in inventory, in Lumbridge, the tasks you'll do are as follows:

1. Start 'The Restless Ghost', then start 'Rune Mysteries', go to top floor of castle and withdraw 25gp from bank
2. Get 5 thieving on the 2nd floor of Lumbridge Castle. When you run out of food and are low hp, go upstairs and start lighting fires at the 4 log spawn while waiting for HP to regen. At 200 gp (should be 5 or 6 thieving), finish 15 firemaking at the log spawn.
3. Grab all item spawns in the lumbridge cellar and kitchen, fill the jug with water. Fill the bucket with milk at the cows. Purchase a steel hatchet from Bob. Grab 30 swamp tar in Lumbridge swamp.
4. Get the spade from the Lost City house in swamp. Get amulet of ghostspeak + leather gloves (they spawn in Father Urney's house).
5. Give the Air Talisman to the head wizard in Wizard's Tower, grab the ghost's skull while here.
6. Walk to the Crafting Guild, loot a snape grass
7. Minigame teleport to Castle Wars, equip the bronze axe, leave the Jug of water, Steel axe and Tinderbox in your inventory, bank the rest
8. Run to Ardougne Monastery and do the Monk's Friend quest
9. Finish 15 woodcutting, then WC+FM until 35 WC (CURRENTLY 30 WC) at this spot
10. Walk to cake stall, thieve cakes until 20 (shift drop/eat the bread+chocolate cake slices)
11. Dig clue hunter boots + gloves in ardy at this spot while completing the Sheep Herder quest. Sell cakes to general store for 100gp if you have no GP.
12. Purchase 1 Swamp tar from general store next to Fishing Trawler, then do the Sea Slug quest
13. Teleport castle wars, bank everything but steel axe and tinderbox, run to the teak tree and do WC/FM until 50 FM.
