Hello how much would you charge for 82-90 attack AND 80-90 defence?
It may be done on bandits or whatever you think is the quickest.

if you have armoured zombers unlocked ( defender of varrock quest) ill do it for 8gp/xp
if not ill do it at dominion tower(nomads requiem quest)
for 14gp/xp
if not ill do it at bandits (43+ prayer)
for 10m each.

 

It doesn't have 43 prayer and will not become 43 prayer, it can use guthan however.
