[Need] Custom Java

This script will be required to interpret private messages received, then post the information received to a web server and interpret the result then return a message to the recipient.

Methods required.

Receiving private message observer.

Converting the message to the appropriate format for post method.

Post Method.

Returned information method, accept/reject dependent.

Return message to the original sender.

No logout / return logout after six hours.

As well as this, I want it to have the ability to read from a cc and do exactly the same.

I want this preferably on a non injection/reflection if it can be achieved.

EDIT: Also, if I wasn't clear enough. This is to interpret the runescape client.
