What good is the hours played? Not much it isn't a high level account. I don't have BLOPS installed at the moment.

 

More hrs played = more chance the account to be retrieved. Small amount of hrs = small chance = account owner don't care 'bout his account and do not play on his Steam.

Hrs can be found on Community ID's page, profile.
