What kind of servers can you code? (317,525,562, ETC)

On a scale of 1-10 How well would you rate your self at coding?

Why would you be good for coding the server?

How long would it take you to get the server up and running?

Im sorry for knowing nothing about coding i probly look dumb but that is the reason i posted this in the first place.

On a scale of 1-10 How well would you rate your self at coding? I'd call my self a 7

Why would you be good for coding the server? I probably have more time to code than anyone else here

How long would it take you to get the server up and running? Depends on your expectations.

Note: My position will be coding, not advertising or things of that nature unless you can come up with a price.
