I bought gold from them somewhat smoothly.

I then paid for quite a bit of powerleveling. An hour after I paid I asked them why nobody has started, because I wanted them to be finished the following morning. They said they will rush a gamer to get on it for me.

So, this morning I get up eager to see the progress, and there I stand in Lumbridge with all of my cash and my rune longsword missing.

So, my whole bank is gone and my stats are terrible. Really discouraging, and even a bit of nostalgia of the first time I was scammed. Don't know where to go from here, yeah I know, I should have known better, should have Xfered, I didn't.

If you're going to claim that a site scams, show some proof or don't post at all.

Anybody could post lies like this. Its not that I don't believe you, but pictures verify your story.
