Transfer From Level 102 --> Level 3

Is it possible to transfer 21M from a level 102 to a lvl 3?

If so, how much would i have to pay for someone to do it for me?

Well, i want to transform to lvl 3 to I <3 skiller and i want to be a skiller.

 

thats not what he meant he wanted money transfered from his lvl 102 to his lvl 3 skiller, and i don;t know of any new rwt methods that havent been patched yet

well just buy iteams that are under 5k each addy simis would do good i guess and just drop the non noted ones and pick it up with ur level 3 btw im going to do somthing like this for my level 58 but im just tradeing his iteams in a pk area killing him with my soon to be level 48....... i advise just buying expensive stuff (f2p rune 2h or pl8ts) then geting the lowest person u can atk for ur case its a 92 then just go down the levels..... only problem is u need alot of accounts... ask a buddy of urs if u can us his..... im willing to help btw with one of my mains (level 84) i also have a level 58 a 34 and a 22 that could help btw u cant really do tht for a level 3 dude maybe a level 20 but other than that idk...
