Need assistance regarding renting account

Started renting an account from: http://www.sythe.org/members/452150-jaison.html

Was renting an account for an hour abouts, getting spammed by multiple people: after cleaning someone for a 48M stake.
Changed in-game name, without permission of owner cuz it wasn't in the ToS.
He changed the ToS and then changed the password, and ran off with 96M, and is refusing to payback.


He changed ToS at 9:14PM and messaged me at 9:15PM only to find an excuse to take my money as seen here:

Just because the obvious wasn't written in the terms of service, doesn't give you the right to change something as vital as a display name without that persons permission.

I personally know Jaison in real life (known him for 10 years now) and I know for a fact he is not a scammer. This is how everything went down, I spoke to Jaison on Skype as everything happened. EjM_ was the only person Jaison rented to today so these accusations are 100% accurate.

Spammers at the duel arena started spamming that Jaison's account was scamming 20 minutes into EjM_'s rental, so this would lead to me to believe EjM_ himself is scamming be people at the arena. This is something that is 100% against Jaison's terms of service from the start and EjM_ agreed to the terms of service when he rented the account.

EjM_ then says he changed Jaison's rental account name to avoid these spammers BUT he did not even ask Jaison if he could change his name, well this is against Jaison's terms of service (yes he did add the name change rule in recently), however Jaison did have a clause in his terms of service that EjM_ agreed to that said says HE IS allowed to changed his terms of service whenever he wants (this was in his terms of service from day one of his rental thread, I can vouch for that).

Any questions? Feel free to ask. tl;dr the real scammer is EjM_ as he was the ONLY person to rent Jasion's account today. While he was renting it spammers started spamming he was scamming AND he changed jaisons name without even asking Jaison if he could do this.

 

We don't condone counter-scamming in a case where what's counter-scammed doesn't match the amount initially 'scammed' - in this case 0gp was scammed, therefore your money shouldn't have been taken. Should the account be banned for scamming if you were indeed doing so, damages will be expected of you.
