Some vbulletin skin issues

Well I downloaded this skin called skilltest. Its a really nice skin, and I have just about fixed everything that was wrong with it.

The main problem I am having with the skin is the forum home display. If you are looking at it with an iphone everything is out of place, and adding the sub-forums on the forum home the forum doesn't expand like it should. Its a huge mess, and I don't really know how to fix it. I don't know if posting a link to it would be advertising so I'll post pics up in a bit.

You think any of you can help?
