Join the Cartel! Make lots of money!

Members of Sythe, I come to you with an idea. This is a first post, but believe me, I have good intentions. I am thinking of starting a cartel.

For those of you who don't know what that means, we buy out a certain item that we all agree on.:nuts:

Yes, this is kinda like what the people at A_C_I_D_Y are doing, except, for us! We decide the item by people PMing ideas, or my own ideas for any item. WE'll change our item about every week, depending on the need. We'll need a lot of people, and we'll end the signups by the end of this week, and if we don't have enough, we'll continue. The point is, we'll profit if we do this properly and with patience! Who's with me?

 

Sounds like a nice idea, but seemce people aren't willing to risk it.

 

I would do it, except we would need like a "leader" because in A C I D Y's chat there was always arguments on what to buy out. Also the miscommunication, caused alot of the people to sell their items to early

So we basically buy a huge ass amount on 1 item and wait for it to go for a high price at the grand exchange and then sell it, well if I ever become a member again I am with you guys 100% because with 69 hunting I can probably rack up a nice amount of cash.

@Mistajack88: Ya, you got the idea But don't worry, my membership ends soon too (going for the same hunter goal as you lol) So we might try to use lots of f2p items too. Dunno if thats possible, so we'll try.

this idea was posted about 6months ago. R2 pleasant said that at least 15bill would be need to sway runescape's market for items such as runes and arrows.

 

i would do it but you need to find a way to make the thing extremley organized and have extremley good communication... which is hard to do when you think about it. I know i have about 200mill in mem items (im f2p) and i have 72m cash

I'm interested. I don't have a lot of spare cash at the moment, only around 25m, but I am willing to help.

 

I'll support this cartel as well. Just give me a few days to clear out my bank and gain a truckload of cash first.
