    Chargeback PP List?

Many scammers often create new accounts/MSNs/Identities etc, but I don't think many people go through the hassle of making multiple PP accounts. I also hear that sometimes PP limits you if you have multiple/many accounts from the same IP?

Even if none of this is true, having a list of PP accounts which have charged back will just be an extra hurdle and hopefully slight deterrent for scammers.

Of course I do take into consideration that maybe these people have charged back for legitimate reasons, which is perfectly fine.

So I say we should maybe just take into consideration all of the threads in the 'Report A Scammer' section in which sufficient evidence is provided, and the user was banned for changing back, and create a list of those PP accounts.

This way users can easily just open the thread, and ctrl+f through the email addresses to see if they find a match.

I'm sure I've overlooked something though and this is somehow not feasible :p, like "How would you know the PP email of the buyer before they send the money?!" so I guess this will only work in cases in which the buyer is sending you the PP money first, but it's a step in a good direction I'd say...

I see it working like this:
    Let's say I am selling 1M for $0.75

Often times, if the guy is going to change back, he won't have any problems with going first I'd assume.

    1) Buyer sends me the $0.75
    2) I know have the $, and can see his email in the PP transaction.
    3) I search his email in the 'Suspicious PP Emails' thread.
3.a) If any matches, I will send the money back in order to protect myself from a chargeback , and not give him the GP/Goods.
3.b) If no matches, I will give him the GP and hope for the best!

Sorry for the jumbled thoughts and whatnot, just wanted to throw the idea out there and get some conversation started. I feel like it would be a slightly helpful thread for sellers.

    Chargeback PP List?

This has been suggested. It's not going to happen. Too much work to keep up with, and email addresses on a paypal account can be easily changed.
