Explanation of the trade:
I had been working with Bert for almost 2 months. We agreed on a 30/70 split he invested $700, and I put in $300, creating a shared account. I built his Discord server from scratch and handled everything myself; he didn’t even write a single message for his own server. Over the past two weeks, he started insulting me every day over ridiculous things. I was even afraid to ask him anything.

One day, one of his customers wanted to buy GP from him but said he would pay after three days. Since he had been constantly insulting me and had even blocked me, I didn’t want to proceed without asking him first. So I asked and once again, he insulted me. That was the last straw, and I decided to quit.

I asked him to return my money, but he refused. Instead, he told me to report him on Sythe and continued insulting me. Despite everything, I told him I didn’t want to ruin his reputation as a moderator on Sythe and preferred to resolve things between us. Still, he threatened me saying that if I report him, he will report me too.

At this point, I’m genuinely curious what exactly is he going to report me for?

Here is the payment I made for him, worth $223.5. He didn’t send it back to me — instead, he sent it to another customer’s LTC address. You can see this in the second screenshot:

I would like to start off by saying I was doing this to help him out since he owes money to people in real life, the split was originally supposed to be 80/20 in favor for me and he told me that he will have a 24/7 shift covered which he could not even keep up with half of the amount of time. I gave him a 70/30 split to be nice and build up his bankroll faster. According to our terms and discussion I would not be covering any bans, account supply, nor give any of my time to help him (which I did more than promised in all ways possible). These were the terms since I know he would take advantage of any other system present risking my money which he cannot cover to trade gold. (I would like to also clarify that after all these false promises from his end I still helped him out by covering bans and supplying high level barrows gloves accounts and old accounts to trade on). He got fired for not being able to follow my instructions on so many different occasions that I believe any human would have fired him within the first week or two of working the way he did).

I will be gathering all proof in a bit since there is a lot of chats, but I would also like to add he thought he could twist around my words and say he owns 70% and I own 30%, tryed to play games with the numbers and profits and even the total amount he was going to send as the split when I decided to tell him to take time off due to our system not being perfect. He continued to act dumb and not follow his Boss' insturctions hence he got fired. According to our last trade or split I owe him about $18, but if I look back at our chats I am sure he is the one who owes me a lot more money, I will be posting chats of my terms that he agreed to in our discord conversations when I have some time.

Mod's you are more than welcome to screenshare me on discord and look through our whole conversation from beginning to end via teamviewer or parsec to understand the level of patience I had with such an idiotic individual.

 

Just this screenshot alone should prove to anyone what kind of a bullshitter this panzy is and completley close the case, but when I have time don't worry I will look back at our chats to see who the real scammer is

If the moderators want, I can even give them my Discord password so they can read all the conversations themselves and make their own decision. You can keep saying nonsense and threatening me — I’m sure you’ll delete the chats during this time, because that’s the kind of person you are. You’re absolutely disgusting and acting exactly as expected.

An agreement is an agreement, right? We agreed on a 70/30 split. You gave me the accounts for free, and when we got banned, you covered 70% of the losses and I covered 30%. Yet you're still talking nonsense you really are something else.

He’s not behaving like a moderator should. I told him that we should resolve this matter between us, but he still doesn’t realize how ridiculous he’s being. I just hope he has the capacity to see it eventually

Pf Chang, a user from 2009 on Sythe.org with a TWC purchased 1.2b @ .21/m while Swallow outsourced the gold at .192/m. He paid 15% interest due to a loan. 70/30 Split = that screenshot above. Do the math. I already did it loud and clear.

 

I proved many parts already to disclaim any of his opinions or concerns, do your dilegence and job and investigate like the amazing investigator that you are. I have not deleted any of my chats, how about you ask him to show
