Need a guide for Western Union, Money Bookers, etc.

Sorry if there's already a guide on those, I couldn't find it.


I'm looking for someone to create a guide that explains all websites similar to PayPal like Money Bookers, Western Union, etc.
Write all pros and cons for each method, and details such as, fees, which one is better to sell stuff/buy stuff, which one will be the safest against scammers (like charge back nubs on PayPal).
