12:01 Halo 3 Release

That's right! Don't miss out on Microsoft's game of the century! 12:01 Midnight halo 3 will come out in stores! So I'd like to post some info that people may have not known about Halo 3. For those who are getting it as well! Lets play! (as soon as I get it) add SGC Static.

1. The beta was released some months ago, and ended only 1 month after release, you had to have bought Crackdown or been specially picked by Bungie/Microsoft studios.
2. Halo 3 was in fact created not just by Bungie, but in cooperation with Microsoft.
3. Halo 2 is still the most played game out of the 11.6 Million 360s sold.
4. I Scar I (Friend of Mine) recieved a halo 3 epsilon account, and got to play by himself and a friend.
5. Halo 3 will be the last of the series of games.
6. Halo Wars is in fact not the same as Halo 3. Halo Wars will be an RPG similar to Starcraft.
7. Halo 3 is the most anticipated game of the year, but some argue that COD4 will surpass that of halo 3.
8. Halo 3 "Legendary Edition" was sold out as of a week ago.
9. There are three editions of halo 3: Halo 3 Standard Edition, Halo 3 Collector's Edition, and Halo 3 Legendary Edition
10. This time SP was worked on much more than MP (Single Player vs. Multi Player)
11. There are 4 types of grenades and 3 special grenades.
12. There will be a map editor that is much more than weapon placements.
13. You can save videos from halo 3 to bungie.net for other people to download.
14. The "Man- Cannon" was one of the most popular items in H3 Beta
15. There is now a ton more vehicles, all are cooler than the last.
16. There are some maps that are remakes of older Halo 2 maps.
17. No more "Invisible - Walls"

20. There was already plenty of video leaks before the public beta was even out.
21. Spartans, and elites now have tons of new looks.
22. Guess what?!?!?!?!? Get ready for the assault rifle! Yes, the assault rifle has been brought back from the original Halo 1.
23. Halo 3 is only for Xbox 360
24. Some copies of halo 3 have already been sold and illegally downloaded.

im sitting in my computer engineering class which is packed with gamers (go figure) and at least 7 out of the 20 ppl in here claim to have already beaten the game. thoughts?

 

LMAO NERDS! lol no im just joking but I havent played it and maybe im a little jealous... Any idea if they're going to launch it for PC? I hope its as good as the first... I played the BETA and it seemed good... Old battle rifle back...

Lies! Halo 3 was only released today. SP was figured the most worked on piece ever in the game. Definite lies. And I just got it shipped by fedex to my house! W00t! See ya online
