1. Each order will be done by hand from the beginning to the end, 100% by hand, no bot at all.

About Refunding
If your account got suspended/banned by accident during the service, you have the duty to find your account back. It's certainly that you can get it back at your insistence. We can continue to level for you to the level you ordered to immediately after you get your account back and transfer it into a clean account or we will refund you the remaining money if you stop the service. If it was permanently banned, we will refund you all the money you paid to us.
But if you want us to stop your order permanently in the middle way by no reason, we will not refund you the remaining money. And if we finish your order ahead of time, we wont refund you the money either, for it's a business basis on equality and mutual benefits.
