Starting a clan with Stakers/Pkers

Will be starting a friend chat clan on runescape because i get bored and i want to make new good friends im 134combat in runescape any cb can join really i honestly dont mind will make the clan once i get enough members that would like to join

well,i have two accounts im frequently on, a level 56 and a level 97+4.
my level 56 is currently:50 attack,75 strength,70 range,63hp,1 prayer,85 magic,1 summoning,1 defence.

my level 97+5 is currently:75 attack,86 strength,92 range,86hp,52 prayer,85 magic,32 summoning,70 defence
