You don't need to cycle protein, it should be eaten everyday for the rest of your life. Likewise, protein powder doesn't need to be cycled either.

Are you using a store bought gainer or home made? Store bought weight gainers should be 1 month on/1 month off (because most contain added creatine). But if you're making your own, then you can take it for 1,2,3, even 6 months if you wanted to.

    Creatine is correct.

Im gonna be the first to ask you what your routine is. because you can drink and feed your body all the shit you want. if your not getting a good enough rip. then your not getting a good enough rip.. yet you don't want to overdue it.

Unless you are a competitive bodybuilder/powerlifter, there is no need to run a creatine cycle like that. The reason why that calculator says 'take more creatine' is because the formula is out of wack. Instead of the recommended .3g/kg loading / .03g/kg maintenance, it suggests .35g/kg loading / .15g/kg maintenance. I did some research and that formula was suggested by a guy named Dr. Eric Serrano who was talking about what a competitive bodybuilders creatine cycle should look like (source). Unless you are competing professionally, then you should not run that cycle. As soon as you stop taking creatine, your muscles will shrivel down to nothing (similarly to coming off a Dianabol-only cycle). Continually running a cycle like this will result in a bodywide shutdown of creatinine production, therefore making supplementation the primary (only) source of creatine intake. Over time, your body will adapt to the increase of creatine and will build up an immunity which means you will need to take even more to reap the benefits.

This is a quote from the article you got that calculator from:
Although I don't disagree there are benefits with a cycle like that (loading 23g, maintaining 10g), I wouldn't recommend it to the average (or even advanced) lifter. It seems an unnecessary 'cheat' to try to get ahead when a normal cycle will get you there all the same, minus the unbalancing of your bodies equilibrium.

Thanks for looking into it for me!

    Week 1: Loading 23g
Week 2-4: Maintaining 5g as recommended on the bottle
    1 month cycle off

Simple carbs to be eaten to help with absorption when i am on the cycle.
Thoughts on a cycle like that?

    My stack at the moment
On nutrition complex weight gainer (before bed)
    On nutrition Gold Whey
    Fish oil
    Multi
    Glucosamine

    Cals in 3500
    Marcos around 40/40/20

ps. you forgot fish oil on your list of sups

Careful about eating only simple carbs. While you may absorb the creatine better, your overall muscle growth/strength will suffer. Your body needs both simple and complex carbs (especially).

I would recommend taking creatine directly in between meals during your bulk (with grape juice/sugary drink). As for your cycle, it seems all right. Here's a tip: Instead of doing a 7-day bulk, consider doing a 5-day bulk. I read somewhere that your body greatly slows absorption after the 5th day, so the extra 2 days are just a waste of creatine. Personally I do a 5 day bulk followed by a 25 day maintenance. But It's completely up to you man.

Your stack looks good. Glad to see those multi's!

Being weightlifter i know in market different type of supplements are available to which people making body and try increase stamina, ya it's good but you know nature provide so many things to us which is really fantastic to if, and one of the most important thing there is no side-effect of it on physique.
And what i would suggest you please try to use it serially like once supplements and then the natural products...! If someone have any alternate option so please share....:)
