Looking to create a tool that will benefit the account sales/rentals market of all mmorpgs

(Possibly just beginning with Runescape) I would like to invest in my idea recently outlined in suggestion here: Protecting buyers from a different angle in regards to all account trades

Although this idea was denied by Sythe, I would like to go ahead and have it created anyway at my expense.

To recap what I want I will list the features and hypothetical process below:

- When a seller lists his account username in the system (just like when selling on player auctions, they take the username/login email upfront), it is then encrypted and stored in the database.

- A buyer can then enter the username/login email they are given from an account rental/sale into the system, and it'll show a green tick (or success message etc) if the account is good.

- If a seller scams by recovering an account he/she sold, or is one of the account rental scammers, then providing he/she is found guilty in the outcome of a scam report, then his/her account's username/login will be stored on the system as blacklisted.

Therefore if he/she ban evades and tries to resell the same account or re-lease it to an account renter, then the buyer/renter can check the username/login on the system first to see if it's blacklisted. If the seller refuses to provide this information for a check, the buyer/renter can choose to request a middleman gets involved. If the seller then refuses to have a middleman, then its obvious that he/she is not #1 choice to trade with. However if they do accept the MM, then the MM can enter the username/login into the system to check him/herself.

I know as it will not implemented as an official Sythe.org feature it will not influence the recommended rules and regulations for account trading, however it will be a useful asset to both, legitimate sellers, and buyers.

The benefits of this product are obvious. It can easily be applied to Runescape trades initially, then it can be upscaled to be a tool utilized by account traders of many more MMORPG's.

The account market is nothing but toxic. People get scammed over and over, and just by eyeballing the dispute section, its almost always something victims are being targeted by ban evaders and scammers with.

Playerauctions has been the main alternative for people that is relatively safe, however the site is very dated in speed and technology, the people behind the company are absolute scum, and overall its a joke of a service that never ends pleasantly.

A tool such as what I have suggested will undoubtedly change the market. Yes it will take time, and yes it will take trial and error, but it is a better option than what we have had for many years now.

'm sorry but no matter how much forum moderation there is, they will not be caught in time. They will not be prevented by simply dropping the ban hammer on them. Banning scammers does absolutely jack shit. They go and buy a private socks 5 proxy, VPN or VPS, and simply re-register on the forums and scam again, and again, and again.

The only way to cut down on scamming is make it much harder for them to operate. If a checking system over the time became a standard trading process (especially if it became common MM practice) would make it very hard for scammers to operate. They would literally have to mass create several maxed mains to repeat small scams. Basically the numbers wouldn't add up and it would be too much effort for them to repeat at the frequency they currently are.

Anyway I hope some of you are interested in helping me make this. I also hope you understand how valuable this would be as a trading asset.

What's more, is I plan on releasing this for FREE. I cannot charge for something like this. It would benefit the market, and aid the account sections on their uphill battle. Preventing these sections from falling into the hands of scammers benefits the whole market. More successful deals in these sections, means more users, and more cash flow. It benefits both ends of the trading spectrum, genuine sellers can have the confidence of proving their legitimacy by listing a clean account, and buyers can purchase in more confidence by only choosing non-blacklisted accounts.

Anybody who can create this, please post below with how you could create this (as Im sure there is many possibilities). I welcome additional ideas/features too if you think this is a good idea, please do post your insight below.
