Requesting a High Pardon!

Hello Again sythe, its been a long time.

I Previously Entered a high pardon 6months ago or somthing i beleave and it got Declined, But im back to try again.
Im not sure what the offence was i commited but i dont think it was the bigest of offence's.

I Was a big Fan of the runescape section, But ive recently gone off the scene of runescape and have taken an interest in the xbox market, which i took a quick look at before i got to this part of the forum.

I beleave that after 6-7 months I should be allowed a second chance for what ever crime i commited i beleave it was ban evading im not 100% sure.

Im a big fan of sythe and its where i go when i need anything Runescape Related or Xbox related to buy/sell.

I beleave i deserve a second chance because im now 17.. Ive matured alot more (even thou i gaurntee alot of people say that, I really have)
I dont really have alot to say Im just Saying Sorry and That i hope i can have a second chance..
Ive waited a while to put this up here because i beleave you can only put on up every 3-6months or somthing? so thats what ive done.. So have some respect ive waited 6 months for this!

You were banned for evading a ban on BlackSmith_j for scamming / lying about your paypal email. You can't request a pardon without knowing what you're banned for, so denied.
