I need help from you GFX guys. I need someone to edit a state ID. I need the name, address and birth date edited with different information.

I also need a bill statement edited, just the address and name. It's to remove a paypal limitation.

I am willing to pay $30 usd.

I will then take this edit and fax it in or upload it to my stealth paypal. Thank you.

 

I am pretty sure this is highly, highly illegal. Am I right?

 

Please stop spamming. No it's not illegal. It would be "illegal" if I were to print it out and laminate it to use it to get into a bar or something or for illegal doing.

All I want to do is send it in via Pdf to lift a paypal limitation. So please L2R.

 

This is illegal, I suggest either asking people who would be willing to do it, or up the price.
