Hmm, looks like Zippy's work so unfortunately only he can change it if he has the .PSD. Also, your signature is not yet sliced. You may want to look into this: http://www.sythe.org/graphics-tutorials-resources/1472743-tutorial-how-slice-link-any-image.html

 

Slicing just slices up the image into individual parts so he can hyperlink them while retaining the image itself when arranged properly, he did suggest taking it to the original artist and having the original artist edit the PSD to include it.

Just a heads up OP, there may be revision fees.
