Tried to make a similar style to the profile you directed me too but it didn't look right.

 

His face looks really sharpened and I have no idea who that is?

It's Bruno Mars, Sort of Random I know haha. I can always fix the sharpening if you wish. It's an applied image with sharpen filter which can be easily deleted.
