New Laptop

I've been searching and shopping around for a new laptop and I'm gonna be honest, I'm not really as smart as others when it comes to these types of things. So I'm here asking you tech gurus. I have a budget of around $1k USD for a laptop. If I order online it'll be from Amazon. Now, I need this laptop for college, and will be playing RS. I'm hoping to find one that will be able to play RS in high detail mode, and run smoothly with no problems. Please no Dell brands.. it can be a gaming laptop also. If you will, please help me find one and post the link here or you can send it to me in a PM.

 

I think it would be better for you to make a laptop assembly for an order, or will it cost more?

 

I've heard it's better. But like I said I don't know just a whole lot. So I really prefer to get one that is already assembled.
