Need a rune defender?

I will be getting rune defenders for only 1mil, i supply if you go first or you supply 200 sharks and best weapon. You must have atleast a combined str and attack of 130. If not, it's impossible to get one. I am willing to use an MM but i have no gp at the moment so you will have to provide a lil bit of cash.
