250m - 450m. People who will buy your account probably won't be that interested in the 99 con and cost of POH. They will just want it to have pool and glory probably. It's a nice addition, but it'll only tack on a few 10m to the price. I've seen max zerkers with their a/w set at 400m, and they had high pray/85 con to go along with it. Just my take on it though, your reputation plays a big part on the price people are willing to pay as well for any account that can be recovered easily.
