need a price check on a 137 with 12 99's

Hey I'm at that point where I'm debating on wether buying gold to restart my acc or to just sell it and be done with runescape. It has all stats 75+ with a total level of 2314 or around there. It has 99 str, attk, hp, def, range, fletch, hunt, cooking, construction, 102 dung, 99 pray, 99 herby. At the moment the bank is worth around 30m in tradeable items and then also has about 100m worth in extremes and ovls. It has chaotic rapier, long, and crossbow. I'm just trying to get a good idea of a price to see if it would be worth selling it or if I should just buy some gold and restart on the acc myself. Also it has a maxed out poh valued at approximately 250m. It's my original acc and I've had it since late 2004. please give me your honest opinions on what my main would be worth if I decide to sell.

yes 200-250$would be very fair ive seen accounts like that go for upwards of 300
