Yes. Credit cards and debit cards work the same way in this case. Just don't spend more money than you actually have in your bank or they'll charge you a huge fee most likely

I'm going to keep this short and sweet..

1. I'm 16 years old, unverified on paypal, and now unfortunatly my account is limited.
2. I've paid £250 through e-bay for a playstation 3, however because my account became limited, the funds are now frozen.
3. Paypal and e-bay now require ID for the proof of my location and details.
4. The seller of the playstation 3 now wants to refund me, I'm not sure he can, though.

Is there anything that can be done to unlimit my account and all the cash to be sent back into my paypal?
