New Phone?

I have the Motorola Droid Bionic, and i can upgrade tomorrow. I like the Galaxy S4. Are there any other good phones out there? Should i get it? should i wait?

I just got a Galaxy S4, upgraded from a Galaxy Nexus.. I say its absolutely worth it.. The amount of differences from the Bionic -> S4 is astounding... ONLY downfall.. is Micro SD card =[

 

If you like Android best 2 phones are Galaxy S4 and HTC One, I prefer the HTC one because of it's built quality.

 

Yeah I like the one but I'm on Verizon and I don't think the one is coming :/

 

Honestly, you should try the Lumia 920. It's absolutely amazing, and it's also a nice change from android to WP8.

 

agreed. Verizon has an exclusive deal with the Lumia 928. Has XENON flash instead of LED flash. makes for some amazing night photos. WP8 is the most fluid thing I've ever used. It definitely takes some getting used to as it has a more high-tech feel than any other OS. But once you get in the groove with it, it's flawless. Fastest OS, more integrated connectivity than any other os...and its a really nice experience.
Plus these flagship windows phones are made by Nokia. Just that name alone...I shouldn't have to say anything else.

and do i have to mention verizons promo for the phone? 100$ with upgrade.

 

You should wait until holiday season, I'm sure the HTC one will come to Verizon if not there will be new phones out by then.

 

Looked into the Lumia, not really impressed.

I heard the HTC Butterfly 2 (Successor to the HTC Butterfly aka DNA) is coming out in the third quarter. Rumored to be like the One, boomsound, blink feed, ultrapixel camera and such. But idk when.

Best Buy has the S4 for $199 and they are offering a trade in thing, have a phone valued from $40-55.

 

I hate anything with a touch screen but that's just me.
I have a blackberry and I run almost everything off it and I've never had a single problem, but everyone I know has one of those galaxy phones and I've heard nothing but good reviews.

 

if i wer u io wuld get the iphone it is the bst it nevr fails. Not lik pop phones like bluebery if ppl sugest that u buy on it becuz they wnt u to buy cuz they wrok for bluebery

 

I'm in the same spot, I have to get a new phone and stuck with Iphone 5 or S4.

 

IPhone is over priced, over rated, and over something.

You can do soooo much more with android phones.

 

hopefully this is not because they don't have mega-core processors and other pointless shit that android phones have. The OS is so light and fluid that it doesn't NEED any of this sort of stuff like androids do. WP8 is faster than any other OS on a single-core platform. Although with the Lumia EOS...you can have your silly quad-core if that's your flavor. The only reason this phone is slated with a quad-core, though...is for its 41MP camera. Takes a lot of power to process images with a resolution of 7728 x 5368... though the 808 pureview did it on a dual-core.

shouldn't base the phone on who has the best hardware. It's all about the user experience. Can't be scared all your life to try something new and get away from apple & android conformity.

 

I have iPhone 5, got it in November, worth it in my opinion, though I can see why some see it as overpriced.

I just got my Galaxy S4 and I can say I like it over my Iphone 4, and to me the Iphone 5 is nothing different from my 4, and for $200 I could get the S4 or the Iphone 5 and went with the S4. Plus I think that apple products now are getting outta hand.

New phone, same OS just a little faster? come on now that's like shining up an old car and saying "the newly redesigned Iphone 5." Fuck that.
