Seller breaking t.o.s?

I've never had something like this happens so i'm not sure where to post something like this so here is my issue.

I'm using a sellers service for runescape for him to quest an account.

And before he started the service he agreed to provide frequent updates and and my private chat on so i could msg him ingame for updates when needed.

He provided 1 screen shot/ update which was approx 20-30min into him starting the service then he started to ignore my ingame msg's and skype messages.

He then turned the private chat off and continued to ignore me.

I have a fear he's using a bot on my account which is why i asked for frequent updates.

There is some more info but i'm trying to figure out where to post this type of thread.

Any help?

 

was curious if i should post there. Technically he hasn't scammed me yet. I'm just being proactive since he did break the T.O.S.

He's potentially breaking his T.O.S and he is breaking mine 100%

 

I'd suggest to stop using him entirely. If he's ignoring you then he probably is botting as it only takes 2 seconds to respond to a message in game or skype. Another suggestion would be to have someone trustworthy do the services for you.

i once Spoke to the Guy that scammed you And didn't hire him for several reasons;

- he was desperate to get my order

- he only offered several basic quests very very cheap, When I asked for another quest he Didnt provide in his thread the price was like 3x compared to those in his thread

- One thing I learned in the past is you Can get good deals But be careful With who you make Them
