    ~:Introduction:~
Alright, Sythe. This guide is on how to make a 10 HP Pure, and train it effectively. First of all, I'd like to tell the people who are reading this and wondering what a 10 HP Pure is, what it is! A 10 HP Pure.. Is basically a skiller, but you get to train combat skills aswell; and do more quests! As a 10 HP Pure, you can do soul wars, conquest, penguin hunting, and numerous other minigames/activities to get melee exp. You can get 99 magic VERY easily with 10 hp, just cursing, superheating, or alching (we'll go over training skills later). You can also use numerous activies to train your ranged, summoning, prayer, and slayer; which will be covered later on the guide. Now, why should you make a 10 HP Pure? Well, it gives you a break from the average skiller. I mean, be serious. Go to any member's world and you will find at least 3 level three skillers in the varrock bank. You will find a maximum of 1 (most of the time) 10 HP Pure, making them a bit less common. They're also funner than normal skillers, being as you can train combat skills as well as non-combat skills. Now that I've explained what a 10 HP Pure is, and what the good things about making them are, I'll start the guide.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ~:Training Magic:~
Alright, so, I'm doing Magic first, being as it is the easiest combat stat to train at 10 HP, and in my opinion, the first priority.

    Method 1:
1-3 Magic ~ [IMG]Wind Rush (All you need is an Air Staff) with full iron on.
    *Number of spells needed varies.

3-11 Magic ~ [IMG]Confuse; You will most likely want to use this spell the mage of zamorak in Varrock Palace, with full iron on.
*Number of spells needed : approx. 92 Casts.

11-19 Magic ~ [IMG]Weaken; You will most likely want to use this spell on the mage of zamorak in Varrock Palace, with full iron.
*Number of spells needed : approx. 128 Casts.

19-55 Magic ~ [IMG]Curse; You will most likely want to use this spell on the mage of zamorak in Varrock Palace, with full iron.
*Number of spells needed : approx. 5,610 Casts.

55-99 Magic ~ [IMG]High Alchemy; There are numerous items for you to alch that can gain/lose money. I will leave a link at the body of the guide - Refer to the 'links' section of the guide.
*Number of spells needed : approx. 197,967

197.9k Alchs may sound like a pain in the ass, but I mean, c'mon, you're on RSbuddy you aren't going to be legiting.

    Method 2:
1-3 Magic ~ [IMG]Wind Rush (All you need is an Air Staff) with full iron on.
    *Number of spells needed varies.

3-11 Magic ~ [IMG]Confuse; You will most likely want to use this spell the mage of zamorak in Varrock Palace, with full iron on.
*Number of spells needed : approx. 92 Casts.

11-19 Magic ~ [IMG]Weaken; You will most likely want to use this spell on the mage of zamorak in Varrock Palace, with full iron.
*Number of spells needed : approx. 128 Casts.

19-43 Magic ~ [IMG]Curse; You will most likely want to use this spell on the mage of zamorak in Varrock Palace, with full iron.
*Number of spells needed : approx. 1,599 Casts.

43-55 Magic OR 43-99 Magic ~ [IMG]Superheating; Superheating is probably one of my favorite methods of training magic, being as it gives you magic and Smithing exp at the same time.
*Number of spells needed 43-55 : approx 2195 Casts.
*Number of spells needed 43-99 : approx 244,983

    More Info on [IMG]Superheating:
If you plan on Superheating to 99 magic, you can get a very high Smithing level; depending on what you do. If you want to do it the fast way, I suggest Iron bars, being as you don't have to bank as often. Although, if you want to maximize your Smithing exp, you could do bronze bars 1-15 Smithing, iron 15-30, steel 30-50, mithril 50-70, adamant 70-85, and rune 85-99. For minimum money loss, you could do steel bars all the way throughout 99 magic, then make the steel bars into cannonballs, making TONS of profit, but it will be very tedious.

    Method 3:
32-99 Magic ~ [IMG]Gatstones; made in the dungeons of Daemonheim, no cost to you.

    And there's your cape. [IMG]

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ~:Training Ranged:~
Now, I will explain the various methods of training Ranged with 10 HP.

    [IMG]Method 1 - Fast, Easy, Dangerous:
This method consists of botting Soul Wars. Yes, this probably has the highest ban rate in runescape, making it a very dangerous method. To my knowledge, there is no good Soul Wars bots on RSbuddy; and due to the policy, I cannot tell you where to get a good one that isn't property of RSbuddy.
*You will need to gain approx. 2100 Zeals.

[IMG]Method 2 - Fast, Easy, Profitable, and less Dangerous:
This method consists of botting ranged at the range guild. This method is pretty fast, very easy, and sometmies proffitable. The only problem is there is a high risk of you getting reported, and/or lured into attacking a guard! If you attack a guard, for one, you'll gain HP exp, and two, you'll most likely die. Although I've never attacked a guard on my 10 HP Pure, there is a good chance if you're using a low-quality bot.

[IMG]Method 3 - Slowest, Hardest, Least Profitable, and Least Dangerous:
This method consists of Cannoning. Cannoning requires the quest Dwarf Cannon to be completed, and it basically attacks any attackable npcs around you, giving you ranged exp and 0 HP exp. This would probably be your best bet if you want to train slayer and summoning easily. I highly recommend this, being as there's no reason to be reported, making it the safest method - the worst problem about this, is you must legit it. Cannoning can be very tedious if you do not have prayer, so if you don't plan on getting prayer, I suggest doing either Soul Wars or Ranged Guild.

    And there's your cape. [IMG]

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ~:Training Melee:~
There's really not many methods you can use to train when it comes to melee, not many worth the time, that is.. Below I'll inform you on different methods of training attack, strength, and defense.

    ~:Training Attack-

    [IMG]Method 1 - Fast, Easy, Dangerous:
This method consists of botting Soul Wars. Yes, this probably has the highest ban rate in runescape, making it a very dangerous method. To my knowledge, there is no good Soul Wars bots on RSbuddy; and due to the policy, I cannot tell you where to get a good one that isn't property of RSbuddy.
*You will need to gain approx. 2100 Zeals.

[IMG]Method 2 - Very Slow, Very Annoying, Not Dangerous At All:
This method consists of doing the minigame CONQUEST. The minimal requirements to use this is 40 combat. This is probably the slowest possible way to get combat exp other than lamps, books, and penguin hunting. As you can only use the points (or commendations) you earn from this on skills about the level of 25; you must quest/sw your level to 25+ before using your points. The easiest way to do this is have a friend lose to you hundreds and hundreds of times to gain tons of points.
*You will need to gain approx. NO IDEA Commendations.

    [IMG]Method 3 - Slowest, Least Effort, Safe:
This method consists of only using lamps, books of knowledge, and penguin points on the skill. It will take a very, very, very, very, very long time to achieve.

    And there's your cape. [IMG]

    ~:Training Strength-

    [IMG]Method 4 - RECOMMENDED!!
This method consists of Barbarian Fishing. This is probably my favorite way to get 99 Strength at 10 HP. You can bot it, it doesn't have a high ban rate, and it traind THREE skills at once. On your way to 99 Strength, you will gain 99 Fishing, and possibly Agility, If not a very high level. By far the most recommended method.

    And there's your cape. [IMG]

    ~:Training Defense-

    [IMG]Method 4 - Slow, Easy, Recommended.
This method consists of using the Catapault Room to your advantage. This room is located in the Warriors' Guild (minimum requirements is a combined attack and strength level equaling 130. For example : 65 attack and strength). This Minigame gives you 10 Defense Experience and 4 Tokens every time you get the item being shot at your correct, and it is alright exp.

    And there's your cape. [IMG]

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ~:Training Prayer:~
Prayer is probably the easiest combat 99 you can get at 10 HP, other than Magic. There are a few different methods that you can do to get 99, some more expensive than others. :p

    [IMG]Method 1 - Fastest, Easiest, Most Expensive:
This method consists of using Frost Dragon Bones on a Gilded Altar with Marble Incense.
*You will need approx. 72,414 Frost Dragon Bones.

    [IMG]Method 2 - Second Fastest, Second Easiest, Second-Most Expensive:
This method consists of using Dragon Bones on a Gilded Altar with Marble Incense.
*You will need approx. 181,034 Dragon Bones.

    [IMG]Method 2 - Least Fastest, Least Easiest, Least-Most Expensive:
This method consists of using Big Bones on a Gilded Altar with Marble Incense.
*You will need approx. 868,963 Big Bones.

There are more methods that I will not be explaining, because they are really just a waste of time; such as burying bones, and the ecto-funtus.

    And there's your cape. [IMG]

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ~:Training Summoning And Slayer:~
Summoning and Slayer.. Probably two of the most pain-in-the-ass skills you'll run into as a 10 HP Pure. There are really only a limited few methods you can get summoning or slayer up as a 10 HP Pure, and most of them are bottable (luckily :D)

    ~:Training Summoning-

    [IMG]Method 1 - Fast, Easy, Dangerous:
This method consists of botting Soul Wars. Yes, this probably has the highest ban rate in runescape, making it a very dangerous method. To my knowledge, there is no good Soul Wars bots on RSbuddy; and due to the policy, I cannot tell you where to get a good one that isn't property of RSbuddy.

    [IMG]Method 2 - Slow, Easy, Not Dangerous:
This method consists of 'Sprite Hunting' The minimal requirement is 72 hunter, and it IS bottable. Although this is very slow, it's a lot safer than soul wars. A link to the bot will be in the Recommended Bots section of the guide.

    [IMG]Method 3 - Second-Slowest, Hardest, Least Profitable, and Second-Least Dangerous:
This method consists of Cannoning. Cannoning requires the quest Dwarf Cannon to be completed, and it basically attacks any attackable npcs around you, giving you ranged exp and 0 HP exp. This would probably be your best bet if you want to train slayer and summoning easily. This is recommended if you also want to train Ranged as well, but it will cost you a lot.

[IMG]Method 4 - Slowest, Easiest, No Money Loss, Not Dangerous At All:
This method consists of LS (lootsharing or Coinsharing) with a friend, he could be doing multiple things, such as barraging rock lobsters. I'm not quite sure if you'll be able to get charms from outside of the cave, as I have no tried it yet; but this is an easy and slow way to get charms. It is the easiest method as you have to do nothing.

    And there's your cape. [IMG]

    ~:Training Slayer-

    [IMG]Method 1 - Fast, Easy, Dangerous:
This method consists of botting Soul Wars. Yes, this probably has the highest ban rate in runescape, making it a very dangerous method. To my knowledge, there is no good Soul Wars bots on RSbuddy; and due to the policy, I cannot tell you where to get a good one that isn't property of RSbuddy.

    [IMG]Method 2 - Second-Slowest, Second-Hardest, Least Profitable, and Least Dangerous:
This method consists of Cannoning. Cannoning requires the quest Dwarf Cannon to be completed, and it basically attacks any attackable npcs around you, giving you ranged exp and 0 HP exp. This would probably be your best bet if you want to train slayer and summoning easily. This is recommended if you also want to train Ranged as well, but it will cost you a lot.

    [IMG]Method 3 - Slowest, Least Effort, Safe:
This method consists of only using lamps, books of knowledge, and penguin points on the skill. It will take a very, very, very, very, very long time to achieve.

There are not very many options for training slayer that I have found.

    And there's your cape.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ~:Training Dungeoneering:~
Dungeoneering.. Dungeoneering is definitely going to be a handful, as there is only two methods of training, and they will both take a very long time to achieve 99.

    [IMG]Method 1 - With Tokens:
This method consists of 'leeching'; basically, you will be sitting at the home of the dungeon, while you have your friends do the killing, exploring, etc. You will still gain exp at the end of the dungeon. If you decide to do this, I suggest doing large dungeons with multiple 130s+.

    [IMG]Method 2 - Without Tokens:
This method consists of only using lamps, books of knowledge, and penguin points on the skill. It will take a very, very, very, very, very long time to achieve.

And there's your cape(s) [IMG] [IMG]

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ~:Quests you can & should do:~
In this section of the guide, I will be listing all quests I deem doable with 10 HP. If I've missed any, and you'd like me to add some, please leave a reply with the quest I missed, it's requirements, and it's rewards.

    ~:F2P-

    Black Knights' Fortress
    Cook's Assistant
    Demon Slayer (1)
    Doric's Quest
Dragon Slayer * Maybe be possible with super anti-fires.
    Ernest The Chicken
    Goblin Diplomacy
    Myths of the White Lands
    Pirate's Treasure
    Prince Ali Rescue
    The Restless Ghost (2)
    Gunnar's Ground
    Rune Mysteries
    Shield of Arrav (3)
    Swept Away
    The Knight's Sword

    ~:p2P-

A Tail of Two Cats (4)
    Between A Rock * Possibly
    Biohazard
    Buyers and Cellars
    Catapault Construction
    Clock Tower
    Cold War (5)
    Deadliest Catch
    Digsite Quest
    Druidic Ritual
    Dwarf Cannon
    Elemental Workshop 1
    Enlightened Journey
    Fishing Contest
Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf * Possibly
    Gertrude's Cat
    Ghosts' Ahoy (2)
    The Hand in the Sand
    Hazeel Cult
    Hunt for Red Raktuber
    In Pyre Need
    Icthlarin's Little Helper (4)
    Jungle Potion
    Lost City (6)
    Lost Tribe
    Merlin's Crystal
    Monk's Friend
    Murder Mystery
    Observatory Quest (7)
    One Small Favour (8)
    Perils of Ice Mountain
    Plague City
    Priest In Peril
    Ratcatchers (4)
    Recipe For Disaster (9)
    Regicide
    Roving Elves
    Sea Slug
    Sheep Herder
    Shilo Village
    Tears of Guthix
    The Feud
    The Giant Dwarf
    The Golem
    The Grand Tree
    The Tourist Trap
    Tower of Life
    Tree Gnome Stonghold
    Tribal Totem
    Underground Pass

    1. ^ It is possible to do Demon slayer as a skill pure, as killing Delrith doesn't give enough experience to level up any combat stats.

    2. ^ These quests are if you ARE getting prayer up.

    3. ^ Shield of Arrav is only doable with cannon.

    4. ^ Icthlarin's Little Helper is quite a handful. You must figh a level 75 and 91 boss. In the quest Ratcatchers, you gain approximately 14 Constitution experience when your cat fights with the king rodent, mind your life points remainder.

    5. ^ As of 5 December 2010, killing the Icelord yields 40 attack xp, even when using Ring of recoils.

    6. ^ Lost City has been changed back so combaters can now recoil the tree spirit. A friend casting 'Vengeance Other' on you is also a good idea to help get the spirits lifepoints down faster before it disappears - you cannot use a cannon for this boss; I suggest having 43+ Prayer.

    7. ^ The Observatory Quest is also possible to do at 10 HP, however there is a 33% chance that the reward will be HP experience. Refer to the Observatory Quest guide for more information.

    8. ^ One Small Favour is also possible to complete with 10 HP, however it is quite challenging without prayer.

    9. ^ Only the first 3 parts of Recipe for Disaster are possible for 10 HP pures to complete because of the combat, quest, and quest point requirements. It is good to note that during Pirate Pete's part, you will need to go into combat, but is possible not to gain any levels by using ring of recoils or cannoning (not sure if cannon works under water).

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ~:Mini-games:~
Ahhh, Mini-games. What keeps us from going braindead while playing runescape, other than pking and pvm ofcourse; but we can't do those can we, 10 HP-ers?;). Below I will list all the mini-games possibly done on a 10 HP Pure, there will be guides to some of them in the links section of this guide.

    [IMG]Conquest

[IMG]Gnome Delivery *Good moneymaker, can possibly get gnome scarves.

    [IMG]Great Orb Project

    [IMG]Impetuous Impulses

[IMG]Rogue Trader *Also known as "Rune Sudoku" not suggested - high ban rate.

    [IMG]Rogue's Den

    [IMG]Mobilising Armies

    [IMG]Soul Wars

[IMG]Stealing Creation *W. 99 is an excellent skilling world, you won't have to worry about those pesky pkers.

    [IMG]Trawler Fishing

    [IMG]Vinesweeper

If I've missed any, please, leave a reply telling me which one(s) I've missed.
