Need a Google Chrome extension made

[Smart Balance]

I need an extension for google chrome made. It isn't to difficult but it will need a few things which can be discussed. It will need to refresh a page continuously for 12-24 hours without failing once and a few extra features. PM me here if you can do this and add me on skype: iSkiiPpy

Still needed Bump

What "other things" are required? I'd like to know before we initiate contact.

Also what would you be willing to pay for a program like this?

Feel free to shoot me a PM with more details and then we can get in touch =]
