Need a good developer/programmer to help me make a RSPS

Hi guys, I need a capable developer/programmer to help me create a RSPS. The coder would recieve a 50-50 split with me over the server including all profit made. So there is no pay for this position? Also do you code yourself or have any other coders? Or do you need a coder to build you the RSPS and than you will do 50-50?
