Need A Good Banner Please!

Hey, I'm not very good when it comes to making graphics, actually I suck at it. I thought I'd come here and see if I can get someone to make me one

HTML:

Text - "KidzRanqe's MM Services!"
Font - A graffiti, or a tag like kind of font would be cool.
Colors - I'd like the rasta colors (red, yellow, and green).
Style - If you could put a couple weed leaves hear and there, that'd be cool, and I'd like it to be kind of a, chill kinda look.
Border - No border, unless you think one would look good on it.
Animation - Don't really need any.
Dislikes - I don't want any people in it, like some random guy smokin' a joint, I don't want that.

If someone could do something like this for me, I would appreciate it SO much! If you do a good job, and I really like it, and it looks how I want it to, I will most definitely vouch for you
