DSC's free gfx thread

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL THE CONDITIONS BEFORE POSTING. THEY ARE VERY, VERY BORING, I KNOW, AND I DID IT BECAUSE I ONLY WANT TO MAKE FREE GRAPHICS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO REALLY WANT OR NEED IT. IF YOU WANT TO GET GFX EASILY AND WITHOUT RULES TO FOLLOW, VISIT ONE OF THE SHOPS WE HAVE OVER HERE.

So, take this as a non-temporary free gfx shop. However, this isn't going to be open all the time, nor will work as an ordinary shop. Here are the conditions (I will try to make them as simplified as possible):

1. Only one request a time. By this I mean that, if the last post was made by a user requesting something, you won't be able to post. The same applies if I post saying something like "the shop will be closed until day x".

2. Obviously, Only post if the last post was made by me, and if I state that it's open for a request.


If you don't follow the conditions 1 and 2, I'll report you post as spam.


3. Follow the request form, and don't put anything like "I will let you choose this for me" in any of the fields. You will find the request form in this post; just keep reading.

4. Pay attention to the kind of gfx I'm going to make. In the end of each post (unless the ones saying that the shop will be closed for some time), I'll state the kind of gfx I'll be making in the next request. It can be a sig, an avatar, or a post layout (the last one being very rare to happen).

5. I won't accept the request in the following circunstances:

1. The user has less than 50 posts.
2. The user has more than 50 posts, but most of them are spams or "bump" posts.
3. The user is a graphics designer.
4. The user provides a work of another designer and says "do something in this style".
5. The user recently bought a gfx from a designer, less than two months ago. This shop isn't here to make you save money, but to help the ones who can't pay.
6. The request is way too complex for a free one. I am not going to take hours of work in the requests made here.
7. The request isn't clear enough. If I don't understand what you want, I won't do what you want. Simple like this.
8. The user donated more than $10 to Sythe. (added in 18/07/12)

6. You don't have the rights to ask for changes after receiving the work, nor can take it as yours. So, you can't ask any other designer to edit it after done. Otherwise, you will be stimulating the designer to be a ripper, and believe me, we don't like when a costumer do this.

7. In any circunstances you can PM me. Before clicking in "submit post", check if you stated everything you wanted. Sending me a PM asking about the request or to add more details will lead me to abandon your request. The same applyes in making extra posts here for the same reason.

8. I may make changes in your original request if i fell like it, if I think it will make the final work look better.

9. I have the time I want/need to fill your request.

10. I can add my mark in all my works.

11. After seeing your request, I will only reply after finishing it. So don't expect for posts like "ok, will do it".

People, this is a free shop, so getting something here won't be as easy as asking for paid gfx. Please follow all the conditions stated in the first post. And the explained request form is there for a reason.

Hey there just a suggestion might want to make your conditions abit easier to read/follow as its abit messy, cause half the people that will come to this thread will most likely forget some of the conditions half way through posting like I did on condition 2 -.-

This is the purpose. I only want to make free graphics for the ones who really want and need it, and this is why the conditions are so complex and boring. If you (or anyone who is reading this) want to get graphics easily, feel free to visit one of the dozens of shops over here. Also, if you check your post before sending it, you won't forget anything.

If you don't agree with the conditions you shouldn't even post here, just to start. Also, the "finer details" you sent me is another designer's work. I already stated in the first post that I won't copy the work of another artist, nor use his concept or style as a base.

Other details: A Large yellow 'Todu' with bold black outlining and underneath 'Vouches' in a similar kind of colours, also some green added in in or between the words would be cool

No prob. I'm just glad that someone finally made a proper request. By the way, I reccomend you to put the sig between a center tag, so that it don't stay at left.
