Requesting sig + store logo

Hey all, I recently started a shop where I custom build a computer for a fee and I'm looking to get a logo for my shop, and a sig to advertise a coupe things like my shop/vouches. I am more than willing to pay, but I don't have a ton of RSGP. My budget is about 15M maximum .

I'm not overly picky, but to help a little bit:

Color: Preferably blue and yellow/gold, something similar to this would be awesome. I'm trying to stay with a computer theme.

Text: I would like to incorporate my name, along with "Custom PC Shop" and "Vouches" being clickable. No preference on color or effects, but I want it to be readable/presentable. Simplicity is usually the best route imo.
