70-90 attack
41-60 strength
70-90 defence
85+ hp
1 prayer, 1 summoning <--- must remain this for staking.

I dont think it is possible to do this.

Getting an average of 30k attack or def exp per hour you'd need over 300 hours to get the levels you want. It has 1 prayer, which means you cannot do experiments. I doubt it has done Lost City.

Is it a member? Starting cash? I could try, but I dont think I or anyone could do this before February 1.

 

he hasn't put any restrictions with just some training and questing you can make more than 60K per hour.
In my main I can do 80K per hour and it is very low leveled, i don't see why he can't.
Getting 43 prayer and doing armoured zombies or more accesible monkey guards would be the best and fastest option imo.

 

I am sorry I left out some details, the account must keep 1 prayer because it will be a staker. Also, surely this is possible via some method, even if it comes to soulwars. Starting cash is 150k at the moment, but I'm just starting to goldfarm now, although Im not sure which bot to use to make money the quickest with no requirements.
