    What should I do?
    Has anyone had this?
    Tried to withdraw from my Paypal n this happened.
    Have to confirm my Address & Card again.
    I confirmed my card and my Address confirmal has been "In Progress" for 5hrs already :'(

    I suppose it needs to be verified by Paypal staff before you can withdraw your funds. Just wait a bit longer and see. Paypal's just a giant scam to be honest, IMHO.

    If you can't wait just give them a call and talk to them. Say "Operator & Representative" ten times to get a live person to answer.

    I completed the steps and get an e-mail that they want even more information lol like a credit card statement + pic of ID
    just gonna call lol cba.

    Edit : they told me it's gonna take 2-3days if I upload a picture of my ID.
