I baught 10,000 Followers from there, tried to contact them and they havent got back to me. Just wondering what you guys think.

Should i wait a while before i get my money back?

Please let me know, They say it takes up to 72 hours, but surely within that time they could get back to my emails?

Kind of weird.. If it hasn't been 72 hours yet don't worry about it, once the 72 is up and you still have no followers, chargeback.

No.. You don't chargeback after 72 hours, they could be busy with other customers.

I would wait at least 2 weeks, and try getting in contact with them at least everyday.

 

IF a merchant states they deliver within a detailed time which is exceeded, no.

It is their loss, take your money to another merchant. You're not going to wait two-months for a product an employee at Walmart states will be delivered in one. You're going to return the order and take your money elsewhere.

72-hours is a long time, if they state their products are delivered in that amount of time, don't waste an hour more.

Edit: It is also extremely irresponsible for them to ignore your attempt in contact, that alone would make me go somewhere else.

Have you looked at any of their customer testimonials? Do they have any testimonials? It may just be a holdup/backlog on their end. Attempt to contact them and resolve the delay issue; if nothing comes of it, then take that step of recovering your payment. Don't make a rash decision though.
