need a attack trainer *free plz*

Hi, i am in need of a good attack trainer..i have had lots of people train my accounts recently so probably this will be my last time i ask for *free training*

my att is currently 45..and i am wanting 55 if that is too high we can discuss wat a good level would be. plz post here before adding my msn *Edit* its a p2p pure with 45 att 50 str 1 def..40 range..u can train at rock crabs..i will get food
