Terms of Service: 1. You are not allowed to log into any account having services completed on it.
2. You must change your password after services.
3. No refunds requests can be processed once work has begun. If an order requires refunding, only the unfinished portion of the order will be refunded.
4. All payments are to be made before service can start on any account. You must have all requirements for quests/other services paid for.
5. If an order is taken and the account does not have the requirements we will ask if you would like the portion of the order refunded, or ask for payment to obtain the requirements.
6. There will be people claiming to be us trying to scam you, always verify discord accounts and unique ID.
7. We will not use any type of macro, advertise, or abuse any bugs on your account.
8. You must remove any excess gp or items from your account prior to service.
9. Orders are completed by my team of trusted individuals.
10. You accept that breaking any rules will result in termination of service and loss of payment.
11. All timeframes are estimates, orders may be completed faster or slower then projected completion times.
12. We are not responsible for any mutes, bans, locks, HCIM deaths, leveling stats on restricted accounts, or loss of acc wealth that happens before/during/after the service.
13. All communication with workers must be in ticket, only account info should be sent via Direct Message.
14. We Reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
