Stats: 1 attack/def/prayer, 65 strength, 35 CB, 45~ range/mage?

It is currently 48 slayer very close to 49; 85,412xp (6,300xp until 49).

I would like to get 55 slayer on it, which is a total of: 166,636 xp

How you get to 55 slayer makes no difference to me, as long as the account remains 1 attack, defense, and prayer and does not exceed 50 range or magic (OSF hasn't been done yet, no easy diaries completed, etc.)

1) Due to the progress on the account already (not to mention how frustrated I am with hiring someone to complete this task just for them to back out a day or two later) only someone trusted and experienced will be hired to complete this order.
