I'm looking for about 94-99 strength.

 

Since this is roughly over 5 million exp
And you are an f2p pure, this would be about 15k to 25k an hour.
This would be 200 hours minimum, and 330 hours maximum provided 24/7 botting.
with 12 hours a day botting, this would take around 25 days.
I can't see anyone taking this job for less than 75m, unless they have a nice rig set up, and are bored from botting 2.5k SW accounts

I would take 40 days and 85m

This is assuming you will not get membership
It would be much faster, and cheaper if you obtained membership, and SWed to 99, or did experiments.
