Need Help! [Please]

Well 10 days are gone and I'm unbanned But... I went to make a new membership, because my old one ran out when I was banned.. And I saw this:

That freaked me out lol! I thought wtf!!! Am I banned again or what??
I went to log in page, logged in to runescape, everything is normal.. Logged in to appeal an offence/ban section, everything is normal like before as well...
So why can't I make myself member? What the hell is happening?

P.S. My account was unbanned like 10 hours ago..

Please somebody help if you know.. I would really aprpeciate!

 

check the term and condition and c if you done anything wrong, other than that you either banned from membership.... Try again i suppose

 

Check what? How do I know that I've done something wrong when I go there? lol

 

u must w8 24 hours or so.. or 2 days

 

I was thinking that as well lol.. I think i have to wait 12 or 24 hours or something...
Sad... lol ty anyways!

 

yeah atleast 24 hours cause i been banned before tried to use the fourms after that still say im banned but can log into account den i got banned again the next 2 days for autoing again lolz
