    E-Guitar question.

I'm going to buy a new E-Guitar and i was wondering if someone could give me some advice on what to buy and what i should look at when buying a guitar and AMP. (I have 300€ to spend thats about 430$)

I personally was thinking on buying the
    GSA6J Jumpstart from Ibanez

That looks like a pretty good starter kit. I don't know anything about that particular guitar or amp though. I've read that beginner guitarists shouldn't buy a guitar with a tremolo (whammy bar) on it because it mostly will be in your way.

If i were you id go to the nearest guitar store and strum different ones in your price range plugged into amps within your price range and see what you think.

I plan on getting an electric guitar for Christmas also. I'm not real fond of my acoustic.

    I suggest posting

Sythe doesn't have to many guitarists. :\

    E-Guitar question.

The tremolo bar probably would be in the way a bit, but it can be unscrewed -.- so it's not an issue at all. What beginners don't wait to get is something with a floyd rose (or other locking tremolo system), because that's a pain in the ass to tune, and they'd spend more time tuning than playing. That guitar is probably as good as any other beginner one. What do you mean buy "E-guitar"?

I'm guessing the E stands for Electric.

Yea looks fine to me, the amp isn't going to be that great. Of course you can always get something better, I'd recommend a Line 6 Spider. A guitar with a cheap whammy, will leave you frustrated. So don't actually intend on being able to use it efficiently, since guitars without a locking tremolo system just go out of tune easily.

Personally I'm more of a Strat kind of person, but that guitar is ok.
