Need 35 - 45 Dungeoneering

I want my Dungeoneering level to be 45. I've never done Dungeoneering before, and it makes no sense to me. I just did 3 floors though quickly. You can access up to floor 4.

Tell me how much it'll cost and how long it'll take please.
