I'm willing to pay someone to get me some decent combat skills. Maybe like 60 Attack, somewhere between 60-80 Strength, and 60 Defence.

60 attack, 80 strength and 60 defence if all the levels are at 25 to start, will be botted at SW cheap.

1000 Zeal will leave you with some left over for HP.
$15.
Botting 10 hours a day gets 45 zeal.
1000/45 = 22.2222222222
So roughly 25 days.
